福建省銳馳電子科技有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”)成立于2006年,座落于中國泉州特種汽車基地一區規劃C-09地塊區,系集研發、制造、營銷為一體的智能技術應用和智慧產品運營商。公司先后取得ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001、TS16949等企業管理體系認證。旗下擁有智能電子、智能研發、智能制造、信息科技等科技創新型核心業務;公司自創立以來,始終以創新為第一生產力,分別在臺灣、新加坡和福建設立研究院及技術中心,為行業領域提供智能終端整體解決方案,形成集新材料應用、智能結構模組和智慧家居三大產業供應鏈,從光機、光電、光學研發和智能芯片在行業領域推廣應用,完成智慧家居自主研發和整機生產;公司與格力、海爾、美的、海信、冠捷、TCL等國內知名品牌建立長期戰略合作;公司積極融入政府精準扶貧工程,通過與央企、國企的強強合作,著力打造“一村一屏”精準扶貧項目,助推政府惠民利民工程,履行企業社會責任和貢獻價值;公司將本著“智慧、生態、融合、互聯”的經營理念,秉承‘拼搏、創新、合作、共贏‘的核心價值觀,主動對接“中國制造2025”和“智慧中國國家戰略規劃”,致力于為智能終端提供整體解決方案,打造智能產業供應鏈百億企業。為落實科學發展觀,構建和諧社會,積極承擔社會責任,規范公司社會行為,自覺接受社會監督,形成自我約束,自我發展的機制,現發布公司2018年度社會責任報告如下:

      公司堅持貫徹科學發展觀,堅定不移地走新型工業化道路,堅持“保護環境、遵紀守法、污染預防、節能降耗、持續改進”的環境方針,確保質量管理體系、環境管理體系有效運行,加強技術創新,推行清潔生產,積極采用新設備、新工藝、新技術、新材料,推進以節能減排和環保技術進步為主要目標的設備更新和技術改造,以盡可能少的資源消耗和環境占用獲得最大的經濟效益和社會效益。

公司通過對生產和生活固體廢棄物的管理和控制,確保公司所產生的廢棄物不污染環境,并達到法律法規及當地環保部門的要求。

公司能源節約 Company energy conservation

      公司通過工藝技術改進、設備升級、職工節約意識培訓等方式,達到節約能源的目的。2018年度總的水電消耗支出與營業額總額占比,相對于2017年度下降0.25%(詳見下表)。能源利用率有所提升,職工節約意識得到進一步加強。

公司對社區責任情況

      公司本著與社區和諧相處的原則,積極維護社區安全與穩定。公司除加強職工職業道德教育外,積極推行社會公德、家庭美德教育,加強不穩定因素排查,確保一方平安。

In addition to strengthening the professional ethics education of employees, the company actively promotes education in social ethics and family virtues, and strengthens the investigation of unstable factors to ensure that one side is safe.

      2017年,為了徹底解決本公司生產裝置與周邊社區的安全隱患問題,改善生產生活環境,維護社會穩定,保障人民群眾生命財產安全,促進經濟社會持續快速健康協調發展。

公司在履行社會責任方面存在的問題及改進計劃

Problems and improvement plan of company in fulfilling social responsibility

      公司在履行社會責任方面做了大量務實的、富有成效的工作。但經過評估,我們認為還存在一些差距:

     The company has done a lot of practical and fruitful work in fulfilling its social responsibilities. But after assessment, we think there are still some gaps:

      一是,尚未建立系統、量化的社會責任評價指標體系。

     First, a systematic and quantitative index sysytem of social responsibility evaluation has not yet been established.

為此,公司將根據實際情況,及時建立健全社會責任評價指標體系,引導公司履行社會責任,規范公司行為。

Therefore, according to the actual situation, the company will establish and improve the social responsibility evaluation index system in a timely manner, and guide the company to fulfill its social responsibilities and standardize the company’s behavior.

 二是,公司在社會責任履行方面自愿性披露的積極性不夠。

今后,公司將加強檢查,定期評價社會責任的執行情況和存在問題,并及時發布年度報告。
